About Moto duende 1
My name is Mauricio R . I was born in Honduras in 1971. I lived my childhood and part of my adolescence there until the age of 16 then my dad decided that I had to look for new horizons and sent me to United States to New Jersey to be specific ,where I started a new life.
I lived in New Jersey for about 2 years working is a forklift driver in a spice products warehouse where weren’t too many opportunities is when I decided to move to Texas where started working is a building painter in 1994 doing that for the next few years. I get married in 1998 and I’m still to date, after that I took the decision to start my own commercial painting business in 2001. Since then I have been in charge of my business traveling around United States.
Why on a Motorcycle
When I was in Honduras my job was pizza delivery for a Pizza business where they required me to drive a motorcycle and I had to get my driver license at the age of 14 since then the love for motorcycles began.
Because life was hard in my country I never had the chance to have my own motorcycle that is why I have my slogan: Never is too late to Moto adventures I bought my first sport bike Yamaha R1 in 2005, I quit sport bikes then in 2018 I got my first Harley Davidson after that I have had two more Harleys but now is one more waiting for me in my garage special for my Adventures
Now I have divided my time: 6 months I take care of my business and the other 6 months to do what I love which is to travel by Motorcycle and discover new places, very soon I’ll be doing this full time.
